DMCA Policy

Live SM (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on Live SM infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA Agent.

Your notice must include the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location (URL) on our website.
Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent.

Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Live SM may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Live SM will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
